Returns & Warranty

Should you change your mind and wish to return your piece of NJO Designs jewellery, our returns policy is 30 days from purchase. The jewellery must be returned unworn, in original packaging & in perfect saleable condition, along with the returns paperwork. Shipping or return shipping charges are not refunded unless items are returned due to a fault.

There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory right.

If your goods are faulty when delivered, please contact us immediately and we will address your query promptly.

We recommend sending your goods back via registered post and retain your proof of post and tracking number; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Warranty

All NJO Designs jewellery are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date it was purchased.

This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear from regular use.

To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your NJO Designs jewellery through our online store only, and you must provide proof of purchase.
