Returns
Our returns policy is 30 days from purchase. The jewellery must be returned unworn, in original packaging & in perfect sale-able condition. Shipping or return shipping charges are not refunded unless items are returned due to a fault.
There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings or engraved items.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned piece. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit, debit card or PayPal account.
Warranty and Care
All NJO Designs jewellery are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date it was purchased.
This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear from regular use.
To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your NJO Designs jewellery through our online store www.njodesigns.com, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How to make a claim:
Please email our customer support team info@njodesigns.com with your order details and a description of the fault, photos are also very helpful.
Always remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming or showering.
Apply perfumes, creams, fake tan and hair care products before wearing your jewellery.
To prevent damage and breakages, remove your jewellery at bedtime.
To clean your jewellery, polish gently with a jewellery cloth.
Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from elements of daily exposure.
