Cubic Zirconia Set Cartilage Ear Bar

Sterling silver cartilage ear bar set with 1mm cubic zirconia's, coated in a thick layer of 18ct yellow gold plating. The ear bar slides over the top of the ear. Layer it with other ear cuffs, small studs, ear jackets or ear climbers.
