All custom duty charges are covered in our prices. You will not be charged extra on delivery.
Europe
Orders will be delivered by FedEx within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free for orders over €150 & €15.00 for orders €149 or under.
USA & Canada
Please allow up to 7 working days for international shipping by FedEx. Shipping is free for orders over €175 & €15.00 for orders €174 or under.
Rest of the world
Please allow 7- 10 days for international shipping by FedEx. Shipping is €30.00

RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy.
The jewellery must be returned unworn, in original packaging & in perfect sale-able condition, along with the returns paperwork. Shipping or return shipping charges are not refunded unless items are returned due to a fault.
There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory right.
If your goods are faulty when delivered, please contact us immediately at info@njodesigns.ie and we will deal with your query directly.
We recommend sending your goods back via registered post and retain your proof of post and tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Warranty
All NJO Designs jewellery are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date it was purchased.
This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear from regular use.
To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your NJO Designs jewellery through our website www.njodesigns.com and you must provide proof of purchase.
